The outcome of this retro had some surprises for me. I believe it has value for every team to take this retro because it can give you new insights in the whole process. It is a wider view retro and doesn\u2019t only focus on the last sprint but more on the group dynamics and processes as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have created some templates you can use. You can print them or draw them yourself. Also I have a Jamboard (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jamboard.google.com\/d\/1hH1JF5LKkFzbUYpF4wrRf5PKsD8hQ1FzBBHw_YoHVpU\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\">link to Jamboard<\/a>) you can copy and use. Both contain the steps to take during the retro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have fun with it and feel free to share your experiences. Also if you have any ideas on how to improve this retro, please also share.
