A while back I did the Perfect Workday Retrospective. The outcome of this retro had some surprises for me. I believe it has value for every team to take this retro because it can give you new insights in the whole process. It is a wider view retro and doesn’t only focus on the last sprint but more on the group dynamics and processes as a whole.
I have created some templates you can use. You can print them or draw them yourself. Also I have a Jamboard (link to Jamboard) you can copy and use. Both contain the steps to take during the retro.
